The APK 800 model Profile Bending Machine, which is able to bend 490×130 mm plate in a 3 meters diameter and a HEA-800 profile in a 55 meters diameter, is used to bend various profiles in multiple sectors from construction to energy.

Our machines are powerful and reliable with their robust St-52 welded construction body. Minimum flexion provides less deformation thanks to the larger roll diameters.
A high bending moment and durability are guaranteed thanks to the large bearings.
The power of the hydraulic cylinders allows the machine to bend larger sections without difficulty. The easily interchangeable and universal rollers enable the machine to bend various profiles with ease.
As the machines are driven with 3 rolls and the slipping of the sheet during the bending process is minimized, these machines provide higher bending capacity.
While only the top roll of other machines in the market moves, the two bottom rolls of Akyapak machines are hydraulically driven independently of each other and therefore the feasibility of bending is enhanced and the pre-bending of both flat-ends is provided.
Side supporters move in three directions to specifically minimize deformations and to ease the process of angle and spiral bending. APK models come to the forefront in the market with their superior features.
